1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd89rz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the bd89rz website located at bd89rz.com, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, application programming interfaces, and any other digital properties operated under the bd89rz brand name.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the bd89rz platform, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with bd89rz and confirming your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. 1.1 Supplementary Policies

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bd89rz at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. bd89rz will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bd89rz in writing that your account credentials have been compromised.

3.2 One Account Per Household

In addition to the single-account-per-individual rule, bd89rz applies a policy of one active bonus-eligible account per household address. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount on bd89rz is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts in good standing, though bd89rz reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence review procedures to deposits that exceed certain thresholds for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bd89rz account balance within seconds of the mobile transaction completing successfully. International card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to reflect depending on network conditions.

bd89rz does not charge any fees on player deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction fees independently of bd89rz. bd89rz is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and account verification status. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing times of 15–30 minutes on average for bKash and Nagad withdrawals. International card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed full KYC identity and age verification. bd89rz reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request that triggers an enhanced due diligence review. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Where a market has been opened in error with incorrect odds or incorrect event parameters, bd89rz reserves the right to void the affected bets at its reasonable discretion.

7 User Obligations

As a registered player on bd89rz you agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful personal recreational entertainment purposes and to comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your agreement with bd89rz:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process
• Attempting to register more than one account or accessing the platform under a different identity after a previous account has been closed
• Using any automated software, bot, algorithm, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in any way not sanctioned by bd89rz

Verified breaches may result in any or all of the following consequences: immediate suspension of account access, cancellation of pending withdrawals pending investigation, forfeiture of bonus balances, permanent closure of the account, and reporting to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bd89rz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole and reasonable discretion in response to any confirmed or credibly suspected breach of these Terms. Account closure may also be initiated by the platform's compliance or responsible gaming teams in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is confirmed or credibly suspected to be under 18 years of age
• The account holder has submitted a self-exclusion request through the platform or a recognised third-party responsible gaming programme
• The account holder has not completed identity verification within a reasonable period of a formal KYC request
• The account has been identified as part of a coordinated bonus abuse scheme involving multiple linked accounts

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
